I had Daddy take a picture of this rare occasion the other night...both kids wanting to sit on my lap!!! They each had to have one leg...and right before the picture was taken, were fighting over who had more room...but it looks like they love each other in the picture at least!

A Visit at the Blundy's!!!

We hadn't seen the Blundy family in quite awhile, so I invited ourselves over and we spent the day letting the kids play and chit-chatting!!! Tara was even kind enough to make us lunch!!! It was a nice relaxing day! And of course, I brought along my camera!!!
Kaleigh is always excited to come over to the Blundy house, not only to see everyone, but also to play with new toys!!! Emma has this huge dog that Kaleigh loves to wrestle around with!

Great photo oppurtunity!!!

Emma disappeared...but I was able to get another one of my two kids...

and one more of Parker all by himself!

Emma and Parker played well together (most of the day!)

He gets made fun of a lot for this, but one of Parker's favorite things to do is play with the food and the kitchen! He likes Kaleigh's at home and Olivia's at her house too!!!

Sweet Emma!!! She will be 2 on January 25th, but she talks and acts like she is about 5! What a big girl!!! Thanks for letting us come play, Emma!!!

Lazy Days!

We were just hanging around the house on Friday night and Parker's favorite cartoon came on T.V. It is a show called The WonderPets and he loves it because there is a guinea pig that looks like our Minnie. So he stops what he is doing and points at the T.V. yelling, "Minnie, Minnie, Minnie!"
Hey, Mom, look...it's Minnie!

After his show was over, Kaleigh and him decided to play Superhero's and they wanted Zoe to play too (although she, of course, didn't want any part of that!)

Then they were "pooped" so it was time to relax!

Singin' and Dancin'!

One of our favorite things to do right now is sing and dance to Kaleigh's new radio! Well, Kaleigh does most of the singing and Parker mostly just dances! And they even have a stage! Parker got a new roller coaster for Christmas from Nana and PawPaw and although they love it for its original purpose, Kaleigh loves to use it for her stage!!! Here she is performing one of her favorite songs, "Red High Heels" by Kellie Pickler! Oh, and don't forget her backup singer, do you see him in the background? This was hilarious, he kept peeking out from behind her with this huge grin on his face!

"You can watch me walk if you want to, want to!"

"I bet you want me back now don't you, don't you?"

"I'm about to show you just how missing me feels,"

"in my Red High Heels!"

Children's Discovery Museum!!!

Before I headed back to work after Christmas Break, we decided to spend a family day at the Children's Discovery Museum in Bloomington! We had a ball!!! The kids played with every toy they had in the entire 3-story building, as you will see in all the pictures!!!

Parker, of course, loved the trains!

Hard to tell, but this is Kaleigh's face...

and this is Parker on the other side!

They even had fun on the elevator!!!

Parker really wanted to be a part of the action...so much, in fact, that he almost took a nose dive!!!

They both loved to put the hankies in the tube filled with air!!!
Parker also played with the tractors quite a bit!!!

With Daddy's help, he got to climb in the tractors too!

Kaleigh loves the paint room...

mainly because she gets to spray and "squeegie" the wall!!!

Mmm, Mmm, Good!!!

As we were getting ready to leave (because Parker needed a nap), they disappeared up these stairs and it was hard to get them down to leave! Although, they were upset about going, we know they had a great time while we there!

We Love the Snow!!!

The snow was melting quickly because it was finally warm enough to go out and play in it! So we got bundled up and headed out! And I mean really bundled! Parker looks like the boy from A Christmas Story!

Kaleigh had to teach Parker how to make a snow angel!!!

He had a hard time getting back up!

They worked really well together building the snowman! Notice how there is just enough snow...it was melting fast!

Almost there! Don't forget the head!

Parker was pooped! He was ready to head in before we finished the snowman! So it was really cute because he came and sat on the front porch and waited for Kaleigh and I to get done! It is a good thing we were almost finished, so he didn't have to wait long!

Kaleigh added the final touches and then we were done for the day...BRRR! It was cold!!!
